Their service is terrible.
Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It can definitely be a lot better and improved. I would’ve gave them a 2 star because the content was somewhat acceptable for what I needed. However, the ad they provided and scrip wasn’t compliant with Meta which then led to my account getting permanently disabled. I would’ve thought this company and their team would check their scripts to ensure compliance before typing it out and sending the ad to the customer but no, this isn’t apart of their procedure. I hope they implement this soon as well as a better support team for communications. I have received any confirmations about my order. No updates on what stage it’s in. I haven’t received anything! This is still ongoing from August 17th when the order was placed. It’s currently September 6th with nothing resolved. They can definitely be a lot better until they fix those things they will not have my money. Hopefully they improve soon. Be wary of your decisions. Here was my order number for reference: #A973D9F2
