I bought an AOVOPRO ESMAX 500W in 2022
I bought an AOVOPRO ESMAX 500W in 2022. After one year the front Wheel is loosing its ball bearing whsih is a major safety issue. I contacted Aovopro customer service with pictures and video for months and never get a reply for a replacement of the ball bearing
