AWFUL quality and customer experience
AWFUL customer service, cheap frames, and terrible lens quality. From the beginning, this order was a mess. There was an accidental duplicate order that had to be refunded, and I had to repeatedly email customer service just to get a receipt. They also never sent any order tracking information or shipping updates. When the glasses finally arrived unexpectedly, neither pair matched existing prescriptions correctly. I literally could not see through one lens at all. On top of that, one pair of frames arrived scratched and covered with visible adhesive marks on the gold accents. When I contacted the company about a return/refund, they tried to blame me for entering the prescription incorrectly and only offered to “split the cost” of replacement lenses if I had a local optometrist swap them out myself. I sent them a screenshot proving the prescription information was entered correctly, but they have completely stopped responding. They also never addressed the damaged frames. Now I’m out nearly $350 for two pairs of unusable glasses. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible quality overall.
