my experience with Rapid Direct
I introduced Rapid Direct as manufacturing service for company I am working at as mechanical engineer few years ago. We are really appreciate quality of parts (most of the time - ;) company provides, also they manufacture fast. One of the most helping things , I want to mention is additional service : our communication specialist - Wendy Tong. Many times she saved us time and money and made our life much easier!
