Awful customer support
I've used JetPac in the past. When it's working, it works well. However, when there's a problem, IT'S A PROBLEM. Customer support is basically inexistent. The "chat" support is a bot that only understands predetermined text, most of the time you get an "I don't understand " response. Email support gives you a response a few days after you sent the email. It's too bad because the cell service seems to work well, but it really should be supported by solid customer support
