I topped up 13 US Dollars to receive some sms on a philippinese phone number. as soon as i topped up that amount of money i got redirected to a site "secpayment.idealniche.net" which confirmed that my payment has been succcessful. at the onlinesim.io homepage it tells me that my payment is processing. after waiting another 10 minutes i decided to contact the support via chat. they promptly replied that i must wait atleast 30 minutes for the payment to complete if not completed after 30 minutes i should contact him again and send him the payment screenshot. 30 minutes passed and i send him a message that its still not working and the screenshot attached. the support told me that my problem has been forwarded to the technical specialists, which are working only during business days from 10am-21pm moscow time. the time i topped up the amount of money was at 23pm so i needed to wait about 12 hours.. i told him that i need the service urgent and that i want to cancel the payment. since then 3 hours passed and no response. i think it looks like a scam! Be aware!
