Ordered item in June still not received after 3 months
Ordered item in June, Emailed to chase a few days ago. Suddenly a day later received an email stating has been shipped. Almost 3 months since order placed and still to receive item ordered. I've tried dealing with your so called customer service department. Order no. KIS00177578 You took the money and did not despatch goods we have waited for almost 3 months chased you numerous times and now all of a sudden you've shipped. The item is no longer wanted as was for a summer event. Please supply refund
