Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service - they automatically sign you up to an auto-renewing subscription and I forgot to turn it off (over a 12 month membership it’s easy to forget you didn’t click a button). On the day of renewal - I immediately contacted customer service asking for a refund as I’d cancelled my subscription and was told it was not their policy to allow refunds under the circumstances. I think that’s absolutely awful customer service - it may not be their policy but THEY have set their policy that way, clearly in an attempt to make money (steal) off members who have forgotten to turn off the auto renew subscription.
