I bought an electronic device advertised as a factory device, but it was not. It was a knock off device. It was not compatible with my equipment because it was not genuine. When I contacted them from the moment, I got it and it didn’t work. They ran through a whole bunch of things, sending video pictures, trying to troubleshoot, no matter how I explained that it did not work with the pictures and videos they still kept messing with me, when it was all said and done, they said the unit would not work and I would have to pay to ship it back to get my money if you sell something and claim genuine and it is not that you should not be charging me to return it. You should not be selling that item is genuine at all. I would not recommend them , I am sorry that I took a chance on them. It was based on reviews that I had seen that look like they were legitimate, but I find that that is not the case. I hope this helps somebody in the future from being ripped off by a company that is not genuine .
