DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE
I was sold a 300-dollar costume and paid $48 for express shipping. I got a notification the next day saying that due to mass amount sold I wouldn't get it for 6 weeks or more. Thats not the problem. I tried contacting them 3 different ways. No one got back to me for over 24 hours. Thats when their order cancelation policy expires. So, I took note of every contact I had with them. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me. One threw email said their tailor asked if I would just take an extra-large instead of my custom that I ordered. I said no just give me my money back. 24 hours later I get an email asking if I could kindly take a check? I did PayPal. so, I said no I need my PayPal refunded. Then I tried calling, I got a man that only said hello like he couldn't hear me. I asked about a refund, and he was very unsure of what he was doing. I had to call 3 times just to get someone. He said that it had been longer, I said no I have I emailed twice and went through their Facebook they want you too immediately. 4 days later I Finally got a refund verification after arguing and pleading. I recommend NOT getting from them.
