Edit: Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because SALOME’ was an exceptional help and customer service rep. Very helpful and patient. they went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. And I genuinely appreciate it! Updating my review because I was wrong. I was under the impression that the insurance company was not sending the children’s laptops for school and with my child asking me about where her school laptop rental was daily, it became a little stressful.
