customer service is non existent tried serveral times to contact by email and not a word ! Ordered 9/9/24 and today is 14th says order is still processing and has since ordering the product Reply from Kentfaith 2 days ago Dear valued customers, We check with your shipping status and the package do not updated . In this cases,we open a case to check with your post office about the package stauts.Sometime the post office will forget to scan the pacakge. We will reply to you if there is any feedback,if our shipper confirm the packge is lost on the way.We will arrange to reship or refund to you.
