Great service but needs to work on inventory tracking
Ordering was great and straight forward and they add the tracking number to the notes in my order. I ordered the product as a bundle but I haven't received the other product that was bundled with the original product. I contacted customer support and they said the product was out of stock and yet still had the option to purchase the product and never ship until I contacted customer support which I didn't like. Customer support gave me the option to either receive it overseas or wait and have it ship domestically. Their customer support is timely and responsive and I managed to receive my product but their inventory tracking needs work.
