Great value and customer experience!
I worked with Erica on some custom jewelry pieces. She provides quotes really quickly and is very informative about the process. I haven’t had any issues with receiving my packages either. I definitely have gotten a fairer price and exceptional customer service working with Erica from tianyu compared to my local retailers.
