The shoes were way too big even though I asked for the same size that fit me in their shoes previously.
When I received the shoes, they were way too big, even though I asked for the exact same size I had before. This is what they told me…… “ Dear customer, Sorry to hear that the shoes do not fit you well. As the return shipping fee you need to pay from Australia to China(the nearest warehouse located) may be high and the shipping time is long. Could you give this pair of shoes to your friend as a gift. Then pay half of the shoes price again, and we resend you replacement shoes directly.” Total ripoff. The shoes are expensive!!
