BUYERS BEWARE - Absolute sham of a company!
Absolute sham of a company. Complete false advertisement and then months to 'review' your issue - started in October 2025 and still awaiting a 'resolution'. What I received are not even romotely what was advertised by this deceitful company. And the response to your emails requesting where your refund request is at - 'refunds need to be reviewed by many relevant departments in our company, which makes refunds a long process and you may wait for a long time'. 11 weeks and counting so far - if they think I'll get tired and go away they are sadly mistaken! They don't even deserve 1 star!
