Ardor Sydney won't cancel order
Contacted support email less than 10 minutes after the order, and they said they couldn't find my order. This is despite replying to the purchase confirmation email, which contains my details, order number, name, address, etc. After further emails, they said the order has been dispatched and it may be too late to cancel. I'm sorry, but no business is that efficient to send product out the door within 8 minutes of order confirmation. My further emails were ignored, and now I'm stuck waiting to see if they will even deliver. 0 out of 10 experience. I should have looked up reviews before making a purchase. It has been a complete nightmare
