Actually, the Itemku website/app isn’t bad at all, but it could probably be even better. I often encounter a black screen when I first open the app, and every time I try to open the Itemku app again, I always run into the same black screen issue. So, in the end, I decided to access Itemku through the website, but even there, I faced another problem—I often had misunderstandings when ordering items from an admin on the Itemku platform because when I accessed Itemku via the website, I didn’t receive chat notifications from that admin, which often led to issues with undelivered items due to misunderstandings—for example, when I was online, the admin was offline, and vice versa—when I’m offline, the admin is just coming online. That’s why the admin and I often have miscommunications, and in the end, one of us has to give in and wait for the other to come online so the item can be shipped as soon as possible.
