Terrible warranty service.
Their weed wacker works well. But after only three months the battery won't charge. Called support and they said they ordered a battery replacement. Said two weeks. After at least six calls and over two months later I do not have a battery replacement. They have given numerous excuses and told me that they can't email me when or if the battery ships. After looking at other reviews of their support for warrany I have decided not to purchase another battery and to buy another weed wacker from a more reputable firm. Lesson learned.
