Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. Charges for teller to receive deposit and issue receipts. Do not even have envelope to provide customers to put cash in. Teller not customer friendly. Can wait for an hour just to deposit a check or money or get issue addressed. Central bank location is poorly staffed resulting long wait for customers.
