I didn't get what I ordered!!
I ordered a 10 inch wig and received a 12 inch wig. I sent MyFirstWig a picture of the wig with the measuring tape to show them the error. They admitted the error and suggested that I take the wig to the salon and have them cut it, which would cost me more. I asked to return it. They accepted the return but requested that I pay the return shipping even though I received something other than what I ordered. It was their error and they refused to pay for the return shipping. UPDATE: They responded that they would reach out and make things right. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! They never contacted me after stating they would.
