I got everything quickly.. I was taking another type of supplement.. but it was making me crave more sweets.... My menopause weight is my biggest concern as I have never weight has succeeded any of my pregnancy weight... So far I already can tell some difference in how I feel and I have only got a week in.. the other one I took for like 4 months..
