I bought a tablet from their euro UK website. The tablet started showing some symptoms. Since It was less than one month ( their return period) I wanted to return it. Now, we are.exchanging emails with their support team. They offer funny solutions. They resist to accept their fault and giving some reasons of the issue with screen. Don't even trust them. They are like a 3rd class Chinese company not even like Ali Express standard.
