I ordered letters decal and waited when the client will be available to put on the wall. It was long trip to the office. When I prepared everything for putting decal on a place I was surprised that letters wasn't stick to the transferring paper. They didn't come off from the backing paper. I sent message to the support. Nobody took my request to help. I sent an email to support. Nobody answered Two days later, I sent a message to the technician with whom I discussed the image. No answer. I was sure that I had found a proper company, but I hadn't. Bummer.
