I ordered a branch/grass/hedge and brush cutter, as advertised. I received a flimsy 12 volt strimmer which in no way resembles the item I ordered and paid for. I requested that this should be replaced by the one I paid for. I was only offered a partial refund. I checked the price of the item I received, which would have been £21.00. I have since asked for the difference in underpayment but have been ignored. Going by other reviews this is a common practice of miselling and dishonest conduct. It is apparent this method of deceitful trading is premeditated. I FULLY RECOMMEND, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
