Extremerate customer service experience
I bought the extremerate led light kit for my Xbox series x, then I had to ship my Xbox to Microsoft for repair. So I didn't want to lose it! So I took it out, when I got my Xbox back I tried to reinstall the kit....wouldn't stick even work...bummed out...so I took a shot, reached out to extremerate and they sent me a whole new led kit! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm definitely buying from them again and would suggest them to my gamer friends 100%! Keep up the outstanding work extremerate
