I needed to return an item
I needed to return an item because it wasn't fitting properly. Ella, the customer service representative, was very helpful and offered to send the correct size without having to return the original item. I was very pleasantly surprised by this because I thought I would have to return the item and pay for return shipping. I will recommend Futario to all my friends!
