Sabotage to a school's project.
I am a high school teacher, so I ordered a mini projector in August 2024 for a project with my Matriculants in September. I never received the projector till today (and I appeared as a liar to my learners; whose parents contributed towards this) To make matters worse, I spoke to a lady (Susan) from Visenoya about the importance of this project who apologized for the delay and promised it will be delivered. In October she still continued to lie that the item is surely on its way. In November, still the item was not delivered, and Susan lied again that I will be refunded for the failed delivery. I am still stunned about how easily Visenoya scammed me.
