I ship second hand Hi Fi via Ebay. The Ebay coverage via DPD did not cover me I learnt overtime due to the age of the items, so I started to look for alternatives, as I prefer to deal with DPD. Securus provides me the insurance, even though Packlink, via Ebay turned me down, the claims agents for the compensation side of DPD. I had need to claim therefore from Securus and they settled the claim promptly and politely. I would recommend.
