Delivery & setup of Peloton bike…
I recently had my Peloton bike delivered by Lucmane and his assistant. Lucmane was proactive and called approximately 20 minutes in advance of their arrival. They arrived shortly afterward and were immediately efficient. While inside my home, they maintained a high level of professionalism and were very nice. The setup was quick and efficient. I particularly appreciated their interaction because they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Lucmane also installed the larger replacement seat that I had ordered. He provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of the Peloton bike's various adjustments. I am very happy with how smoothly the delivery and setup went. Lucmane and his assistant did an outstanding job. Thank you all very much for the great service and positive experience.
