This was my first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I expected at all and the day I got my package I contacted the company to start a return. Per their website the return policy is Step-by-Step Return Process: Initiate Return: Email us at with your return request. Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions. Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method. So I did exactly what it says then they tell me the buyer has to pay for shipping. I don't feel like I need to pay for shipping when I am requesting to return the item the same day I get it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMAPNY EVER AGAIN
