This course provided the 35 hours I needed
This course provided the 35 hours I need to submit my application. Other than that, the course has a slide deck that is reviewed over the 4 days. It is adequate. Many of the test questions don’t have good explanation of why you answered wrong so I’m not getting 75 on my exams. I was told during class to contact them if I didn’t get 75 or greater on my mock exams and they would help me. So I sent an email stating that and received a response basically stating that I should strive for 75 on my mock exams and to keep studying. Really not helpful at all!!!! Then don’t tell people to contact you if you’re going to provide ridiculous responses like that. At the end of class just say you’re on your own and good luck! Instead of acting like you will help beyond the class if we need it. I ended up buying the PMI study hall and that’s been helping more than Rita’s. Plus Rita’s online system often freezes up and is slow to respond which can be frustrating.
