This situation is particularly frustrating, as I was assured that customer satisfaction is a priority. Additionally, during my interactions with the customer service team, I was informed that they were required to assist an intern in their assessment for a formal job evaluation. This raises concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the service provided, as it appears that customer issues are not being prioritized. I urge the HR of the company to reevaluate the quality control measures and customer service practices to ensure that such experiences do not happen to other customers in the future. A very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
