Edit after their response: I contacted the customer service and they said if I wanted a refund, I must wait for half a year!!! No thanks, I would rather talk legal action. I ordered a leather jacket but after reading the reviews, I tried cancelling it. Customer service asked me for cancellation reason and I said I saw reviews saying its not real leather. They then claim it is real leather and urge me to recieve the order and if I don't like it they will help me return it for free. Of course the Jacket is so cheap and has nothing to do with leather. Even the tags say it is cotton and linnen. Now I have been trying to return it since but they just keep offering discounts on the next purchase. Save your money people you will not get it back. I am trying to take legal action now
