Misleading ads
The ads on instagram lead you to believe this is a store in the US. It is not and therefore you will pay international shipping fees to return anything. Seriously ridiculous and frustrating. Ordered four dresses. One was good, another had clumps of white thread sticking out from a seam on a wine colored dress… tried to remove, but was afraid I was going to ruin the dress. Other two had issue with sizing/cut in the chest area on the V-neck tiered maxi dress which didn’t fit properly. The first “tier” of stitching was too high and actually cut across the chest, instead of below the chest. When I contacted company to return, I was told it would likely cost me $40 to return ship since they were international. They offered me 10% back if I kept the dresses. Their return policy online states: Any pinklaura's product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund. 10% off my order is no where near a full refund. Nor is paying $40 shipping to return items. After several email exchanges, they offered me a 20% refund which I took because I was afraid if I sent the dresses back I’d get nothing. I actually really like one of the dresses and have received compliments when I’ve worn it. Just sad I can’t wear the other dresses and only received 1/5 back of what I paid. I will never order from them again.
