RFID Feeder issue
Alexa assisted me with a problem I was having with a feeder. After several attempts to troubleshoot (reset, swap rfid pads, change collars, firmware update) it was determined the best course of action was to replace the feeder. Alexa confirmed the shipping address and made the arrangements for the replacement.
