If you want to return the product, you have to practically beg for it, and you’re required to pay the return shipping yourself. A complete disaster. The customer service is rude, unhelpful, and even spiteful. Edit: Yes, I received the refund after a month of sending you emails asking for a return address. Additionally, I had to cover the return shipping costs. You are scammers, selling goods that are not fit for use!
