Would give ZERO if possible. Ordered 3 pairs of orthopedic shoes for work, to try on. I measured my feet before choosing the size. All 3 are so small I can't get my feet in, cheaply made, not leather, absolutely no support under footbed. Contacted customer service, they wanted "photos showing the issue". Now they are offering a 20% refund (saying I can keep the useless shoes). I am extremely upset.
