Horrible experience
Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY. Ordered in early May cushions and was expected to have delivery end of May. Mid June i reached out and they said it was backordered. I asked to cancel and refund my order and they magically said it was in production and they couldn't refund. Fast forward, every 2 weeks I would call and was told the same thing. Its August 6th with over 4 missed deadlines and no follow ups and still no cushions. When i did speak with an actual human, i was told management would bein touch. 50% of the time no calls. The other 50% they called and went straight to my voicemail because they had no intention of talking with me. Will never buy from them again and don't expect high quality service.
