I purchased the FD1+ drone from SwellPro on 3/6/26. I attempted to fly it but nothing was working. I contacted a SwellPro service center and they determined it needed service. SwellPro emailed a shipping label and I sent it to the SwellPro service center. It was found to have a bad battery AND a defective motherboard. It is now two months later and all I get is the runaround. If you buy from SwellPro, don’t say you were not warned. The service is nonexistent.
