Bought a black and decker dryer model…
Bought a black and decker dryer model BDEC37 from bestbuy in March 2024 and it stopped working. I tried Best Buy protection plan and they said black and decker handles warranty for first year. Trying to get a hold of anyone for warranty support is mission impossible. All calls lead to this number with no response, (929) 265-3662. I left a message and received no response. I’m disappointed at best buy and black&decker. Someone help me.
