First and LAST order I will ever place. This company is a joke. I got a dress that was not authentic— a cheap knockoff made in China that smelled horrible. Contacted customer service and it was a bot responding each time. Never resolved the issue, refused to make it right and I’m stuck with a piece of garbage that I paid full price for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Per the below comment from this company, there is no way the item was authentic and "from the brand." It had no tags on it, was wrapped in tissue paper with a homemade "thank you" sticker. Material is nothing like every other dress I've gotten directly from Flying Tomato. Not sure how the company can guarantee it's authentic when it seems like random people are shipping out whatever it is they are advertising and it's not from a warehouse.
