I bought a pair of red boots, the boots were not my size and were not leather or wooden heels, the fake leather was fading, I started the return process followed all the instructions took the photos and sent the email with the order number and receipt, I sent everything they asked of me and they never responded to any other email I sent! I will never use this company and I’m gonna post it to my instagram where I have 75,000 followers and 20,000 on Facebook
