If there was a zero star rating…
If there was a zero star rating available, then officesummers.com would get it! Sent me an order confirmation, then a shipping notice, then nothing! Zero, zilch, nada! I sent them a message to ask what was going on, they responded by intimating that there must've been "something wrong" at my end with the carrier company! They "offered" (huh! 🙄) to reship or give me only 50% of my money back! I have pointed out, on more than one occasion, that it is THEIR ultimate responsibility to ensure delivery of goods or refund the full cost! They have since (predictably!?) gone very silent! Obviously another scam so I have passed their details & my issue onto UK Trading Standards and the Metropolitan Police Fraud Squad! But nothing will get sorted I reckon! My advice to any potential buyers from these sheisters, is DON'T...!!!
