Meet Expectations
Our trip is what we have expected. The team from our initial purchasing the package was well handled and we are ensured that any potential delay with the airline will be handled by the Cosmos. The organized trips are the best - the comfort of just sitting on the motorcoach and will take you to all the highlights of the tour. Information regarding the following day schedule is always provided a day in advance including time. Our driver was the best. There were a couple of people (including my mother) with mobility challenges and our driver is always there to assist and the rollator are always ready every time we are ready to go. The kindness that he has shown is something to be recognized.
