Jesse was fantastic!
Jesse was cordial, prompt and on the ball. We always felt we knew where our order was at, even though it was back ordered for a few weeks. The cherry on top was when we asked if there was any way he could retroactively give us the discount for a promotion that had started while our product was backordered. There was no discussion there. He approved it right away stating "it's the right thing to do".
