The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Read the reviews, this isn't a company you want to purchase from. We bought a piece of art that came CRACKED and they had a huge song and dance on whether they would accept a return, and then tried to tell us that we needed to pay shipping back to them. After a month, we finally received a refund. Shame on us for ordering from them again. I received the wrong size sconces and wanted to exchange them for the right size-- they refused to honor this, and just kept trying to get me to take a partial refund instead. There's a reason the reviews are so bad.
