Extremely Frustrating withdrawal experience
I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with the withdrawal process. It has been nearly six months since I initiated the withdrawal of my funds, and I have yet to receive any updates or progress. Every time I inquire, I am told that my bank account needs to be verified, which I have submitted multiple times, but it has been stuck in the verification process for months now with no clear communication. The lack of response and transparency is beyond unacceptable. Even after emailing customer service, I receive the same unhelpful responses that do nothing to resolve the issue. The service has been incredibly poor, and this entire experience has left me very upset. I hope this review helps others to be aware of the issues with this service. This kind of customer support is simply not acceptable.
