This was my first time purchasing a beautiful bag from Redelux. I can’t believe how quickly my bag was shipped and it arrived so fast, beautifully packed with a lovely note today! I had emailed some queries and Redelux responded swiftly with all the information I asked for. My kelly bag was even better in reality and I am delighted with the customer service. I will definitely purchase from Redelux again. I couldn’t be happier!
