I had a highly disappointing experience with EMX delivery service in Dubai. Despite receiving a message that my delivery was ready for pickup, it was only after several days of waiting that I realized I needed to arrange the delivery through their app. After scheduling and paying 30 AED for home delivery, the parcel arrived, but the courier demanded an additional payment. Despite my prior payment via Apple Pay, the courier’s system hadn’t updated, leading to confusion and a lack of resolution from customer support. This level of disorganization and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. IMX’s current rating of 1.4 on Trustpilot is reflective of their poor service and lack of efficiency. I hope my review helps others to make informed decisions.
